Pre-Registration

Interesting in enrolling? Start here with our Pre-Registration form to tell us about your student(s) and any swim experience they may have.

Policies and Waivers

Every family needs to agree to our policies and waivers in our online parent portal before participating in our program. Simply log in to create your account and accept the policies there. Please call the office with any questions.

Splash Note

Have a question about your student’s class or progress? Is there any information you would like your swim teacher to know? A Splash Note is great way for parents, teachers and staff to communicate about all things swim.

Withdrawal Request Form

Taking a break from swim? Graduating from our lesson program? Complete the attached to have your student removed from the class schedule, and a confirmation email will be sent with their last class date. *Please review current policies for cancellation notice requirements.
